Matěj Meier joins Mean Messiah!

Mean Messiah 2024

Dear friends, we have news for you from the Mean Messiah camp. After a year and a half of great cooperation, drummer and friend Miloš Meier is leaving our ranks. His busy schedule with Dymytry for the next year would basically paralyze Mean Messiah, so we decided to end our collaboration by mutual agreement. Everything was done in a completely friendly spirit and we remain great friends. Miloš did an incredibly great job in Mean Messiah, we are proud that he was part of the band and we wish him the best of luck in his future career! 🖤

But you won’t miss Meier in Mean Messiah, because Miloš’s brother Matěj Meier is joining us, and you really have something to look forward to! Matěj has already played several shows of the autumn tour with us, so anyone who has seen us live in this line-up already knows what we are talking about. We warmly welcome Matěj to Mean Messiah and look forward to things to come! We will be releasing some more news soon! Stay tuned!

Mean Messiah are back!

Mean Messiah are back!

Meet the new line-up of Mean Messiah, currently working on a brand-new album!

Behind the kit is none other than Miloš Meier, best known for his work with Dymytry, Drumming Syndrome, and many other projects. Miloš is one of the top Czech drummers, and with him on board, Mean Messiah’s rhythm section is guaranteed to be world-class.

The talented and striking Lenka Čechová has taken over bass duties, and we couldn’t be happier to have her as part of the band.

Wondering if you’ll see this line-up live? Absolutely! For now, appearances will be select—both Miloš and Dan have very busy schedules, so it will depend on their availability. Nonetheless, we are determined to play as many shows as possible. We are already planning an album release party and a promotional mini-tour.

There’s a lot to look forward to! Special thanks to Lýdia Vyčítalová for the killer photos!
